1, flexible graphite packing ring is different size rings molded by flexible graphite tape or graphite braided packing .This ring has a good elasticity, chemical stability and can provide an effective sealing function. Flexible graphite ring is easy to be used and installed ,and can be used together with other rings. Even under harsh conditions, flexible graphite ring is also very stable and reliable,often used in combination with reinforced flexible graphite, the effect is very good.
2.It can be used in hot water, high temperature, high pressure steam, heat exchange fluids, ammonia, hydrogen, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, low temperature fluid media.
3. For compressors, pumps, valves, chemicals, instruments, meters, etc. Making by rolling high-carbon flake graphite which is chemically treated in high temperature. It is the basis of manufacturing all kinds of graphite sealing materials.
4.Main use: can be made into a variety of graphite strip, packing, gaskets, composite panels, cylinder gasket for a variety of pipes, valves, pumps, heat exchangers, condensers, pressure vessels, towers, manholes, hand holes and flange connection at the seal and system level gauge, level gauge, crystallization, etc.
5. Features: Operating temperature -200 º C and 1250 º C (non-oxidizing medium); -200 º C to 950 º C. (oxidizing medium).
